Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inbox Spam Filter website and the Inbox Spam Filter application for HubSpot (the “Service”), operated by InfoHub Works Limited (“we”, “us”), 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Inbox Spam Filter is a HubSpot technology partner. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc. We are not affiliated with HubSpot beyond participation in HubSpot’s Technology Partner Program and Marketplace listing.
1. Agreement
By accessing the website or installing/using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Inbox Spam Filter integrates with HubSpot Shared Inbox to score messages for spam using AI, display scores and reasoning, and optionally update contact properties such as spam_filter_status. Features vary by plan (Starter, Basic, Pro) as described on our pricing page and Marketplace listing.
3. HubSpot account and permissions
You must have a valid HubSpot account and appropriate permissions to install connected apps. You authorize us to access HubSpot data within the OAuth scopes you approve. You are responsible for complying with HubSpot’s terms and for the content of your CRM and Shared Inbox.
4. Plans, billing, and Marketplace
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Marketplace pricing must match our published plans for HubSpot integration usage. Taxes, incentives, and payment-provider fees may apply. You can manage upgrades in the app Billing settings or contact us.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it except where law allows, interfere with other customers, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must not submit illegal content through HubSpot channels that the Service processes.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and site content are owned by InfoHub Works Limited or its licensors. You retain ownership of your HubSpot data. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
7. AI scoring disclaimer
Spam scores and reasoning are probabilistic. The Service may flag legitimate messages or miss spam. You remain responsible for reviewing results and for business decisions based on them. Privacy stripping options reduce address exposure to the AI provider but do not eliminate all personal data from message content.
8. Disconnect and uninstall
You may disconnect or uninstall the app at any time via HubSpot Connected Apps. Doing so stops new scoring and property writes; existing HubSpot records are not automatically deleted. See Disconnect or uninstall.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Third-party services
The Service depends on HubSpot, Google Gemini, hosting, and payment providers. We are not responsible for outages or changes on those platforms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
